No party shall be liable to any other party or any third-party for third-party claims or losses of any nature, including, but not limited to, lost profits, punitive or consequential damages. PrivateForSale.com reserves the right to remove any listings or any advertisements for any reason. In no case shall PrivateForSale.com be liable for any costs or events that occur beyond its control including, but not limited to, network outages, Internet connectivity problems and client side browser issues.
The following disclaimer and terms of use apply generally to all postings to the PrivateForSale.com site It is hereby also understood that any person posting to PrivateForSale.com will have been presented with this disclaimer and terms of use prior to doing so and, as such, be subject to its terms as indicated below.
CONDITIONS OF USE
You are entirely responsible and liable for all postings to PrivateForSale.com. Listed below are some, though not all, violations which may result in PrivateForSale.com deleting your postings. You agree not to do any of the following requests while posting an ad to PrivateForSale.com.
harass, threaten, embarrass or slander any person or entity;
transmit via PrivateForSale.com any information, data, text, files, links, software, chat, communication or other materials ("Content") that PrivateForSale.com considers to be unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
impersonate in PrivateForSale.com any business or person, living or dead, famous or not;
intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including but not limited to any regulations having the force of law while using or accessing PrivateForSale.com or in connection with your use of PrivateForSale.com in any manner.
CONTENT
You must evaluate, and bear the risk associated with, the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any Content. PrivateForSale.com shall not be responsible for any Content.

PrivateForSale.com makes no warranty that PrivateForSale.com will be timely, secure, error free, or meet your requirements; nor does PrivateForSale.com make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of PrivateForSale.com or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through PrivateForSale.com. No advice or information, whether oral or written obtained by you from PrivateForSale.com shall create a warranty not expressly made herein.
You understand and agree that any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of PrivateForSale.com is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damages to your computer or loss of data that results in the downloads of such content.

You agree that you will not upload or transmit any Content to PrivateForSale.com that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party.
By submitting Content to PrivateForSale.com you automatically grant -- or warrant that the owner of such Content has expressly granted -- PrivateForSale.com the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such Content (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed for the full term of any Rights that may exist in such Content.

Private For Sale.com provides Classifieds ads as a platform for our
users to connect with one another. Private For Sale.com does not participate in, nor is it
a party to, any Classifieds transactions. Private For Sale.com does not screen or
control users who may sell or buy on Private For Sale.com, nor does Private For Sale.com
review or authenticate all ads posted, or services offered for sale. Therefore, users of
this service should be aware that:
Sellers and buyers are completely responsible for working out the sale and
exchange of goods or services.
Sellers and buyers must resolve any disputes that may arise from Classifieds ad
transactions. It is important to use care throughout your dealings with other
people in their ads placed.
Sellers and buyers are responsible for researching and complying with any
applicable laws, regulations or restrictions on items, services, or manner of sale or
exchange that may pertain to transactions in which they participate.
Sellers and buyers are responsible for all applicable taxes and for all costs
incurred by participating in placing a classified ad on Private For Sale.com.
SELLING
All sellers must:
1.Comply with applicable laws. You may not offer for sale or sell an item or
service to any buyer in a jurisdiction where the item, service, or terms of
the sale violate applicable laws or regulations.
You also may not offer for sale any item or service that violates Private For Sale.com’s policies in our terms for use.
2.Provide accurate information. You must make accurately description
in your classified ad selling. You may not include any language in your ad, including
the ad title, which may confuse potential buyers or cause your ad to be included in search
results to which it is not responsive.
3.Place item in the appropriate category.
4.Avoid inappropriate ad content. You may not link to, post, or include Advertisements for goods or other materials that:
(a) describe
items or services that you are not selling in Private For Sale.com, or
(b) you do not
have right to link to or include. You also may not include any content or images in your ad
that are obscene, offensive, harmful to minors, invasive of anyone's privacy, or
otherwise inappropriate.
5.Have the rights to and possession of item. You may not offer any
item for sale that is not yours or, you do not have the right to sell, or that does
not exist at the time of the classified ad being placed.
